Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you represent) and The Intelligent Workforce. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide branded website chat widgets and a shared inbox. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.

3. Free trial and billing

• New companies get a 14-day free trial for up to 3 users. No charge is made during the trial.
• After the trial, the Service costs $10 USD per user seat per month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Taxes may apply.
• You may add or remove seats at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
• If payment fails or the trial ends without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only and chat widgets show as offline.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime; see our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send spam, break the law, harass people, infringe others' rights, collect data from visitors without a lawful basis, or interfere with the Service's security.

6. Your content and your visitors

You own your content and chat data. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for telling visitors to your websites how you use their data and for having any consent the law requires.

7. Our property

The Service, software, and our brand belong to The Intelligent Workforce. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms or non-payment. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
