We want everyone to be able to use our website, app, and chat widget. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and review the Service as we make changes.

This includes labeled form fields, keyboard navigation with visible focus, text alternatives for images, and color contrast that meets AA levels.
