What we store

• Sign-in session (app users): keeps you logged in. Removed when you sign out.
• Chat ID (chat widget on customer websites): a random ID so your conversation continues as you move between pages. It contains no personal details.
• Notification setup (only if you turn on notifications): lets your device receive alerts.

Controlling storage

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop sign-in or chat from working.
